Fox Hill

Before choosing a senior living community, seniors enjoy lives of significant purpose and achievement. It is important that seniors continue to pursue activities and opportunities that promote a sense of community and individual freedom. With this in mind, Fox Hill set out to create luxury condominiums with amenities that are unmatched in the Washington, Virginia and Maryland marketplace.

This 323-unit community includes independent living residences, separate assisted living apartments and special care wings for residents with memory impairment.  Beyond a grand two-story great room, the Commons creates an intersection of activity.  Right off the Commons area is an art studio, library, bank, bistro, tavern, café, lounge, recording studio, game and card room, formal dining and grille dining room, winter garden and the resort-quality fitness and swimming areas.

The resulting design creates a resort-quality environment with access to activity, entertainment and purposeful activity within walking distance to residences of all care levels.  The consistency of high end finishes blending different levels of care minimizes feelings of degradation.
