With undergraduate degrees in English and French, Christyn moved to Japan after college to teach English. It wasn’t until she was singing with a choir in the Sydney Opera House that she was struck by the power of design and returned to the US to pursue a career in architecture. She realized that she wanted to create spaces that transcend the experiences of everyday life to allow one to feel connected to something bigger. Christyn is an analytical person and team builder who believes that strong, consistent communication with clients, consultants and her team is the key to leading successful projects. When she’s not managing projects or on a job site, she still enjoys singing and has recently started exploring the aerial arts.
