Kenneth Hartfiel

Associate Principal
AIA

Kenneth loves creating unique solutions to solve people’s problems, shepherding design ideas from initial sketch all the way through construction. After a friend at The University of Texas at Austin inspired him to switch majors, Kenneth withdrew from pre-med and computer science and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture. He prefers pencil to computer, starting concepts from the drawing table where his designs can flow freely and faster than the click of a mouse. Loft23, a conceptually pure and simple solution to a difficult problem, was successful in large part because of Kenneth. When not focusing on Multi-Family Housing and Higher Education projects, he is an active musician, playing the French horn and serving as church organist in his free time.
