Amanda Solinsky

Senior Associate
AIA, LEED GA

On a middle school trip to Washington, D.C., Amanda was moved by the scale and massing of the architecture. She came to realize that the history of civilization is documented in the history of buildings and that the places we create can significantly impact how we live. While studying in Florence, Italy, she continued to delight in the art and science of architecture and decided to devote herself to the field. “I love helping others explore how well-designed spaces can inspire and support their own mission of discovery.”

In addition to her design skills, Amanda is a gifted communicator who facilitates productive discussions, builds consensus, and creates an atmosphere of collaboration. At DiMella Shaffer, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and has been instrumental in helping create the in-house Emerging Professionals Working Group and supporting the firm’s staff as the in-house Licensing Advisor.
