Brookhaven – Wellesley Building Expansion

Situated on the north side of Brookhaven’s campus, the new Wellesley building features 49 luxury independent living apartments and helps Brookhaven meet the community’s ongoing waitlist for new residents. With the knowledge that many residents would be downsizing for the first time, there is a focus on comfort and independence throughout the design. The apartments, complete with high-end finishes, range from 1,200 – 1,700 square feet and some feature dens. The connection to the broader campus is achieved through sweeping views of the manicured campus and outdoor living spaces. Residents also have access to the community’s amenities, common spaces and have the reassurance of a clear path of care, should the new need arise.
