300 Third Ave Lab + Office Building

As a result of life science tenants looking to the Route 128 Tech Corridor for lab space vacancies, DiMella Shaffer worked with Lincoln Property on the planning of a picturesque site overlooking the highway in Waltham. The result is a four-story tenant ready lab and office building with 35,000 SF of rentable space per floor. In addition to the customizable tenant space, the building features 400 parking spaces in five levels of underground parking. A lobby with cafe rounds out the building’s programming.
