Biotherapeutic Commercial Manufacturing Facility

Facility master planning and design of a multi-phased project that provided interim clinical manufacturing space in the initial phase followed by a larger commercial manufacturing and finished product storage facility. Total project area was approximately 15,000SF and included cGMP upstream and downstream processing laboratories, interim controlled product storage, freeze drying, central parts wash and sterilization and ancillary space for material receipt, finished goods storage, cleaning, gowning, changing, waste storage and supporting mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
